About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources functions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Prepare and administer employment documentation such as letters of appointment, confirmation, renewal, and resignation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
  • Handle payroll support, leave administration, staff claims, and benefits administration
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with MOM regulations
  • Support performance management processes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Respond to employee HR-related enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore labour laws and company guidelines
  • Assist in HR projects, audits, and employee engagement activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
