A healthcare HR firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, provide HR support and guidance, and assist with talent acquisition and manpower planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes and contributing to departmental strategies. Competitive application options available.
Collaborate with business units to manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Provide first-line guidance and support on HR and people-related matters.
Assist in manpower planning and implement resourcing strategies to meet departmental requirements.
Partner with department heads on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Review and optimise HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to HR projects and organisational initiatives as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or generalist HR roles.
Experience as an HR Generalist in a healthcare environment is an advantage.
