Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Workplace Safety and Health Officer to implement and oversee the Safety Management Plan. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering and must possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires proactive communication and a commitment to safety standards on site. Contract duration is 24 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of local WSH regulations, Codes of Practice, and risk management frameworks.
• Willingness to work on a 24 months contract.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the Safety Management Plan.
• Coordinate and conduct health and safety audits.
• Log all safety incidents and near misses.
