Qualifications

• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in HR technology / HR systems (HRIS, payroll, talent management platforms) is required.
• Prior hands-on experience in implementing Human Resources Systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Human Resources Systems.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions to clients.
• Conduct Human Resources System training sessions to clients.
