• Minimum 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience.
• 3 to 5 years in full spectrum of Payroll.
• 3 to 5 years in Recruitment.
• Able to manage relations and resolve employee issues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle A to Z Human Resources Functions.
• Manage recruitment and learning needs for departments.
• Provide support to meet operational needs of Business Units.
• Ensure accurate delivery of monthly payroll and related reports.
• Handle staff disciplinary issues and grievances.
