Job Advertisement: Senior HR Manager

Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salaries: S$8,000 to S$10,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Singapore employment law, contract preparation, and HR governance, ensuring the company remains fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, offer letters, addendums, renewals, and termination documentation in compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations, including Employment Act, CPF Act, MOM regulations, and Tripartite Guidelines.
  • Monitor and interpret updates to labour legislation and advise management on policy, contract, and HR practice changes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with statutory and business requirements.
  • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, grievance handling, and terminations, ensuring due process and legal compliance.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Manage statutory submissions and compliance matters, including CPF contributions, IRAS reporting (IR8A / Auto-Inclusion Scheme), leave entitlements, and working hours compliance.
  • Support audits, MOM inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads on HR best practices and risk management.
Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Development, or an MBA with HR specialisation is an advantage.
  • Professional HR certifications such as IHRP (CP / SP), SHRM, or CIPD will be an added advantage.

Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior HR or managerial role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in employment contract drafting and HR documentation.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
