About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support HR operations for an offshore engineering project based in Singapore. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, recruitment, compliance, and internal audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including coordination with subcontractors and preparation of employment documents such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and code of conduct forms.
- Handle employment contract renewals, including document preparation, signing and follow-up.
- Administer employee offboarding and exit procedures in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain HR records and personnel files in an organised and compliant manner.
- Manage employee time-attendance data and prepare monthly reports.
- Support internal audit preparation and follow up on audit findings.
- Assist employees with requests for letters, certifications, signatures, and company stamp.
- Provide support for statutory matters such as social insurance, CPF or other benefits-related processes (where applicable).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, and vendor management.
- Prepare recruitment-related statistics such as CV submissions, interview status, and onboarding status.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and support onsite HR-related projects.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations including onboarding, contract administration, recruitment and HR compliance.
- Experience supporting project-based or site-based manpower operations is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English is required for communication with project stakeholders and client representatives in Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with ability to handle confidential information and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
