Job summary

A leading offshore engineering company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, recruitment, compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector, along with strong English communication skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office is essential, and you will work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting project-based or site-based manpower operations is an advantage.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support HR operations for an offshore engineering project based in Singapore. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, recruitment, compliance, and internal audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including coordination with subcontractors and preparation of employment documents such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and code of conduct forms.
  • Handle employment contract renewals, including document preparation, signing and follow-up.
  • Administer employee offboarding and exit procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain HR records and personnel files in an organised and compliant manner.
  • Manage employee time-attendance data and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support internal audit preparation and follow up on audit findings.
  • Assist employees with requests for letters, certifications, signatures, and company stamp.
  • Provide support for statutory matters such as social insurance, CPF or other benefits-related processes (where applicable).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, and vendor management.
  • Prepare recruitment-related statistics such as CV submissions, interview status, and onboarding status.
  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and support onsite HR-related projects.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within oil and gas industry.

  • Strong written and spoken English is required for communication with project stakeholders and client representatives in Singapore.
