About The Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to take a proactive role in leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions in our organisation. You will work closely with management and department heads to support workforce planning, strengthen organisational culture, and enhance overall HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
  • Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.
  • Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.
  • Plan and execute employee bonding activities to strengthen team spirit and workplace engagement.
  • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and ensure timely compliance.
Requirements

  • Hands‑on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
