Job summary

A reputable fund management company based in Singapore is seeking a strong HR candidate to join their HR department. The successful candidate will assist in payroll management, recruitment, and various HR administrative functions. Applicants should have a diploma in Human Resource Management and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for communicating with clients. This position requires a meticulous individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Starting date is mid-December.

Currently, the group has offices in Singapore, Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai. Currently, it has more than US$550 million funds under management and has invested in over 500 companies and divested more than 450 companies of which more than 115 have been publicly listed.
The Singapore headquarter, which is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a CMS licence in Fund Management, is looking for a strong HR candidate to join the Company.
We are looking for a quality support person to join the HR department to assist in the HR duties and administration for the Company. This person will report directly to the Management.

Job Description

Your job scope will include assisting in the full spectrum of HR duties and administrative functions for the Company but not limited to the following:

  • Liaising with various service providers in the respective countries on all payroll-related matters
  • Working closely with the accounting department in providing payroll-related information such as bonus, leave accruals etc.
  • Reporting to head office on certain payroll-related information
  • Benefits administration such as leave, medical, maternity, reservist, dental, insurance etc.
  • CPF & IR8A and other government-related submissions and claims
  • Assisting in performance management, including annual appraisal, confirmation, resignation etc
  • Prepare appointment letters, and manage work-pass or permit applications.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Ensure personnel records are maintained, updated, and accurate
  • Other HR-related assignments
Requirement
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant disciplines
  • Min 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A person of integrity and possesses excellent attitude & initiative
  • Meticulous individual with good organizational skills
  • Good Team player & able to multi-task
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people from all levels
  • Pleasant personality
  • Competent in Microsoft Word & Excel applications
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to start work in mid-December
