A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and expertise in talent management and performance management. Role Overview:
Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, supporting talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR operations to drive business growth and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design.
Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and change management programs.
Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain talent.
Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision making.
Ideal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
5-8+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or business partnering roles in tech or high-growth companies.
Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and compensation.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
