We are partnering with a global Technology firm who is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HRBP function for Singapore, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners.
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to drive organizational change and talent strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with 15+ years of HRBP experience in Singapore market handling high-volume workforce.
  • Experience in GTM (Go-To-Market) business units, ideally within IT services, consulting, high-growth tech, or financial services environments.
  • Proven capability in leading HR transformation and change initiatives within a complex, matrix environment.
  • Strong people management skills, experienced in leading HRBP teams.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the leadership level.
