Job description

Reporting directly to the HR Director based in another region, and with a dotted line in the Managing Partners across Asia, this individual will operate as a trusted adviser to the Partners and Corporate Function Heads, operating in a strategic and operational HR BP and/or Advisory Leadership role.

This individual will work as an integral part of the Regional Leadership team, partnering closely with the business to provide a best-in‑class HR BP Lead service across APAC, offering consultative and pragmatic HR and people solutions. You will drive the HR strategy for all offices in the region, working closely with the Partners, managing HR Advisory / Partnering, supported by a geographically dispersed team. You will drive annual HR Advisory processes such as talent management, performance management, compensation review, managing employee relations and enhancing regional policies in each of the respective markets as needed. You will also drive regional HR projects, working in partnership with the global broader regional teams on areas such as culture, career paths and HR transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a track record operating as a Senior HR Manager or experienced HR Manager in another global complex law firm or partnership environment, based in Singapore. You will have a track record operating in a high touch partnership environment in a broad HR leadership position.
