A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accountant / Group Accountant to enhance its Group Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with SFRS/IFRS, and supporting audits. Applicants should have a degree in Accounting, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. This role offers regional exposure and collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Audit background required; Big 4 experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.
• Draft statutory accounts and disclosures, ensuring compliance with SGX requirements.
• Review and analyze financial results from regional subsidiaries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate and support half-year and year-end audits.
• Improve consolidation processes, reporting templates, and internal controls.
• Work closely with regional finance teams.
