A leading skincare brand in Singapore is seeking a Global Senior Brand Manager for POND’S. This pivotal role involves leading brand innovation and digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee product launches, and develop strategies to enhance brand presence in a competitive market. With at least 8 years of marketing experience, expertise in the beauty industry, and strong leadership skills, the ideal candidate is poised to drive the brand's growth in a digital-first world.

The POND’S brand has recently undergone a major transformation, and this role is pivotal in ensuring the continuity, consistency, and growth of that transformation. The role involves leadership in innovation design, overseeing POND’S Horizon 3 global innovation and communication development as well as POND’S Masterbrand strategy. Additionally, this role will spearhead POND’S social-first transformation by driving strategic digital, social, and PR initiatives to further elevate the brand’s presence and relevance globally.
