Job summary

A leading fund administration company is seeking an experienced professional for the Investor Relations team in Singapore. The role requires excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in Fund Administration. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Fund Administration or similar.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review important documents for assigned funds.
• Ensure compliance with fund’s Offering Memorandum.
• Maintain shareholder registers and process transactions.
• Communicate details on subscriptions and redemptions.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or higher academic achievement

Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Administration

English speaking and writing

Excellent communication skills

Ability to function under high demands

Extensive knowledge of AML requirements

Knowledge of PFS Paxus software
