A leading recruitment solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis activities focused on APAC CapEx management and expense planning. The candidate will manage APAC CapEx governance, analyze financial trends, and oversee monthly close processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and over 5 years of relevant experience are required. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Hyperion and SAP are also essential for this role.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support key financial planning and analysis activities across multiple countries, with a strong focus on APAC CapEx management, expense planning, forecasting, and delivering meaningful insights to support business decision‑making and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage APAC CapEx planning and governance across business units, including project review, approval coordination, cash flow planning, and depreciation/amortization forecasting aligned with store construction timelines.
• Support monthly close and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable insights are delivered to senior management.
• Analyse segment‑level financial trends and develop forecasts covering capital expenditure and operating costs, including depreciation, amortization, and store pop‑up expenses.
• Deliver accurate reporting and partner closely with commercial and business teams, taking ownership of the SEA region P&L pillar to drive profitability and cost discipline.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes, leveraging Hyperion Planning (Oracle PBCS) and SAP for data analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within FP&A in a regional or commercial environment.
