Job summary

A financial services firm based in Singapore is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare management reports and support budgeting and forecasting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of corporate financial analysis experience. The successful candidate will possess strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. This position involves collaboration with finance teams and may require occasional business travel.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business performance insights.

  • Support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections.

  • Conduct financial, commercial, KPI, cost, inventory, and scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with finance, business, and treasury teams, and support performance review meetings with regional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and corporate projects, including improvement initiatives and potential corporate finance activities.

  • Provide meaningful insights to support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certification is an advantage).

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate financial analysis; Big 4 or accounting firm experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong hands‑on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau).

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proactive, responsible, and a quick learner with good communication skills.
