Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) – We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager (FP&A) to lead financial planning and analysis for large-scale projects. This role will oversee complex data analysis and provide strategic financial insights that drive decision-making and performance improvements. The ideal candidate is adept at handling extensive data sets, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and possesses a strong background in financial modeling and project finance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead FP&A efforts for large-scale programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support program performance and strategic goals.
• Oversee cash flow, P&L, cost recovery, and the management of product reserves.
• Data Management: Manage and analyze large data sets, developing insightful financial models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Project Finance: Oversee the financial aspects of project planning and execution, including cost analysis, resource allocation, and timeline tracking.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, IT, and Business Units) to provide actionable insights and align financial objectives with project goals.
• Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify financial risks and opportunities within programs, developing action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth areas.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within finance operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with significant exposure to FP&A, program-level project finance, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
• Proven project finance management skills, especially in handling large-scale, multi-departmental projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
• Team player and ability to work independently
