Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting functions. This role includes managing full sets of accounts, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a preschool or charity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is essential for effective performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in preschool or charity fund accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
• Experience in maintaining full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end close with accurate management accounts.
• Assist with internal audit and manage statutory audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
