Job summary

A dynamic finance firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions. The role involves preparing management reports and financial statements, performing reconciliations, and addressing auditor enquiries. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting or 3 years in an audit firm.
• Membership in ISCA / ACCA / CPA is advantageous.
• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements.
• Perform bank and GST reconciliations.
• Post journals for monthly closing process.
• Generate AR aging reports and SOAs.
