They are looking for a Senior Facility Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient facilities professional with strong M&E hands‑on experience, proven experience in building maintenance and A&A works, familiarity with BMSMA regulations, and excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The Job
  • Support daily operations and maintenance works across industrial, residential, and commercial properties, including scheduling repairs and resolving issues
  • Handle tenant concerns, unit handovers/takeovers, and coordinate with contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to building regulations and company policies through regular inspections and safety initiatives
  • Assist in managing assigned projects, including fit‑out, reinstatement, and A&A works.
  • Maintain accurate records, update management systems, and support reporting on property performance and finances.
The Talent
  • A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline – Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
  • Experience in performing electrical hands‑on work.
  • Hands‑on M&E experience
  • Able to interpret electrical diagrams
  • Manage fit‑out / reinstatement / A&A works
