Job summary

A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage daily operations of outsourced services like cleaning, landscaping, and pest control. The role requires a minimum of a diploma or degree in Facilities Management or related fields, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates with prior experience in event coordination will be preferred. The position involves reviewing contracts, handling maintenance, and building relationships with internal teams.

  • Review contracts, prepare tenders or quotations, and recommend the best options for approval
  • Attend meetings to address facility and cleaning support matters, providing cost estimates when needed
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance to keep facilities in good condition
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, event organizers, and occupiers, responding to feedback quickly and professionally
  • Support management with additional operational tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Dip/Deg in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior working experience in event related company will be an advantage.
  • Prior working experience in coordination with many stakeholders will be an advantage.
