A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for an individual to support the development of its Allergic Diseases Centre. Responsibilities include coordinating departments, providing administrative support, and data management. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in hospital administration. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
You will support the development of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Allergic Diseases Centre by coordinating the efforts of various departments across SingHealth. This includes providing administrative and secretariat support, collecting relevant data for registries and maintaining audit. You will report to the Centre Head on the Centre’s performance regularly and highlight operational issues, if any. In addition, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and support the Centre’s clinical, educational and research activities.
