Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Coolport Quality Management System (CQMS) standards, requirements, and procedures, including the Healthcare Procedure Manual, operations, and accreditation.
  • Attain and sustain QMS certification and recertification for Coolport as the Management Representative.
  • Serve as the Responsible Person appointed by Coolport Management, ensuring CQMS implementation, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Establish and ensure compliance with processes and procedures for CQMS accreditation in food handling, healthcare handling, and medical device handling within Coolport facilities, including document control, review, updating, and maintenance of CQMS manuals.
  • Conduct Temperature Healthcare Cargo training for existing staff to ensure proper handling of healthcare shipments.
  • Provide Food Safety Management System (FSMS) training to staff to ensure awareness of food safety requirements for perishables.
  • Perform regular audits on QMS to ensure successful certification/recertification.
  • Gain a basic understanding of vendor's WMS, in-house COSYS+, Central Control, and other IT systems.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager (Coolport) to ensure daily operations meet quality standards for Healthcare and Perishables, and advise on performance improvements.
  • Recommend workflow improvements through quality assurance methods, including monitoring, tracking, and process implementation.
  • Translate customer requirements and national regulations into internal procedures for staff adherence.
  • Coordinate with section heads for CQMS implementation and plan training needs accordingly.
  • Maintain safety awareness, ensuring compliance with safety instructions, procedures, and regulations to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head (Coolport).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and improving company quality standards.
  • Knowledge of international certifications (ISO9001, FSMS, HACCP, GDP) is advantageous.
  • Experience in cold-chain supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
