Job summary

A facilities management organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee hygiene and cleanliness, manage facilities operations, and assist in financial procurement processes. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in educational or non-profit settings. Job Responsibilities
Estate Hygiene & Maintenance
  • Overseeing & reviewing the day to day hygiene and cleanliness of the school.
  • Overseeing a team of cleaners & general workers for effective school operations.
  • Managing the physical infrastructure maintenance and improvement works of the school premises, including assisting to forecast the financial needs of the estate management plan.
Administrative Matters
  • Assist in the school’s financial and procurement operations as well as the use of technology to increase productivity.
  • Tenderboard Procurement for all Operations Department Purchases/Tenders
  • Inventory & Assets Management
Other Operational Duties
  • Canteen Committee Representative
  • Fire Safety Management & Environmental Control Officer
  • Events & Logistics Setup
  • Any other duties as instructed by School Leaders as well as Admin or Operations Manager
Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant operations or facilities experience
  • Prior experience in schools, public sector, or non-profit organisations preferred
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, vendor management, and operations processes
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Working hours: Start work as early as 6:45am.
