We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Senior Executive / Manager to lead and grow our online sales and digital marketing performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and related digital channels.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through social commerce, digital campaigns, content strategies and performance optimization while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & Social Commerce Management
  • Manage and optimize eCommerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, including product listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives such as mega campaigns, flash sales, vouchers and bundles.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social commerce and performance marketing channels.
  • Oversee content planning for short‑form videos, product showcases, livestreams and campaign creatives.
Livestream & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and manage livestream commerce initiatives, including schedules, scripts, hosts and product selection.
  • Coordinate campaign execution timelines and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Optimize marketing spend and campaign performance based on data.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with platform representatives and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.
  • Experience in social commerce, digital campaigns and performance marketing is required.
  • Experience in managing livestream commerce is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise results.
  • Good project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
