Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive for its Human Resource Group Shared Services on a 6-month contract convertible role. The successful candidate will oversee a team focusing on HR administrative support and ensure compliance with service agreements. With a degree in Human Resource or a related field, candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience, including supervisory roles. About the job Senior Executive, Human Resource Group Shared Services (6 Months Contract Convertible)

As a Senior Executive, you will be supervising a team that focuses on on/offboarding activities and be the subject-matter expertise; monitor and follow-up on workload distribution and facilitate quality assurance observations to ensure service standards are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR administrative and advisory support to the institutions in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Shared Services are consistently met, reviewed, and revised when appropriate.
  • Oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Monitor, analyse and report appropriate metrics to measure and demonstrate the performance of the HR Shared Services to wider stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyse work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall customer experience and efficiency.
  • Coach the HR shared services team on complex HR issues.
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in handling medical job family would be an advantage.
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player.
  • Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Interested in exploring technological system solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
