You will be part of the HR pioneer team, supporting a comprehensive range of Human Resource functions. In this role, you will be actively involved in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, manpower planning, outreach, and employer branding efforts to build a capable and future-ready workforce for EGH. You will work closely with EGH leaders, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to attract and recruit administrative and support staff, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle. As an HR business partner, you will also provide strategic and operational HR support to departments on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement matters.
