An educational institution in Singapore seeks a Programme Management professional to coordinate the smooth delivery of assigned programmes and provide support to both students and lecturers. The ideal candidate holds a degree with relevant experience and is meticulous, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office. This role includes various administrative tasks and support for student services and events.
Key contact person for assigned programmes to coordinate and ensure smooth delivery of all assigned programmes.
Ensure LMS course pages are set up in a timely manner.
Provide prompt and accurate information and updates to students and relevant stakeholders.
Support Lecturers on admin matters.
Release of Examination information to current students.
Monitor validity of student pass for international students.
Organize and conduct orientation for new students.
Prepare and disseminate confirmed start classes / start term information.
Work closely with CMs to resolve student issues.
Process re-enrolment, re-exam, deferments, extensions, exemptions, programme transfer, withdrawal.
Monitor attendance of students, administer warning letters / exam barring letters and provide monthly reports.
Conduct regular class visits to understand student’s needs; engagement with parents / guardians to update on students’ progress.
Conduct module evaluation; focus groups; student surveys.
Support student on student portal, LMS and any other student support management system.
Update and maintain student records in PSB Academy’s proprietary data management system.
Monitor student payment of course fees.
Process student refunds.
Liaise with Exam Centre for main and re exams (if applicable).
Prepare examination nominal roll for Exam Centre.
Assist Reporting Officer in the running of events.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Degree in any discipline with at least a year of experience.
Meticulous and self-motivated with strong organisation skills.
Possess good time management and administration skills.
Able to work individually and as a team player with customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in Private / Education Industry preferred.
May be required to work on roster: 8am to 5.30pm or 10am to 7.30pm
