Job summary

A leading resort management organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a professional role to assist in design ideation, manage project duties, and handle stakeholder engagements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Urban Design, along with skills in Autocad and Sketchup. Strong communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. This is a 3-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major emphasis on Architecture, Urban Planning or Urban Design.
• Experience in AI Architectural rendering software, BIM and Revit will be an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on design ideation, research, stakeholder engagements, feasibility studies and presentations.
• Provide administrative support and minute-taking.
• Liaise with agencies and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for planning, design and development works.

Job description

What the role is

Work with Department Head or assigned leader to perform professional and administrative duties on Division’s projects.

What you will be working on

Assist on design ideation, research, stakeholders’ engagements, feasibility studies and presentations. Provide administrative support and minute‑taking. Assist on the planning, review and facilitation of tenancy works spanning guided by holistic experience planning and considerations. Assist on liaison with agencies and SDC’s stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure quality outcomes for planning, design and development works.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with major emphasis on Architecture, Urban Planning or Urban Design.
• Master’s degree or above equivalent will be an advantage.
• Software skills – Autocad, Sketchup with real‑time rendering, Photoshop, Video‑editing, Powertä and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in AI Architectural rendering software, BIM and Revit will be an added advantage.
• Strong design flair and a creative problem solver.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter and a good team player.
• Appetite for learning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Tech‑savvy.
• This is a 3answer year contract with the possibility of renewal.
