A leading resort management organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a professional role to assist in design ideation, manage project duties, and handle stakeholder engagements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Urban Design, along with skills in Autocad and Sketchup. Strong communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. This is a 3-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal.
Work with Department Head or assigned leader to perform professional and administrative duties on Division’s projects.
Assist on design ideation, research, stakeholders’ engagements, feasibility studies and presentations. Provide administrative support and minute‑taking. Assist on the planning, review and facilitation of tenancy works spanning guided by holistic experience planning and considerations. Assist on liaison with agencies and SDC’s stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure quality outcomes for planning, design and development works.
