  • Coordinating with healthcare institution administrators to collate elective postings and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Processing and verifying student grades for the MD5160 elective module, ensuring all records are audit-ready and compliant with academic standards.
  • Supporting incoming international clinical electives by handling high-volume queries, reviewing compliance of applications, and fostering strong partnerships under the Bilateral Exchange Agreement.
  • Serving as the secretariat for the Electives Committee, facilitating effective meetings and maintaining up-to-date, user-friendly information on relevant online portals and websites.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide comprehensive administrative support for broader school-wide educational activities.

This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment, values precision, and excels at stakeholder engagement. It offers a chance to be part of a team that is instrumental in shaping the educational experiences of future medical professionals.

Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
  • Exhibit high levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to student records and institutional partnerships.
  • Strong self-direction and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with proven competence in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
