An international development institution in Singapore is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Regional Vice President Asia Pacific. This role entails managing the RVP’s calendar, drafting correspondence, coordinating logistics, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information. IFC’s Singapore office is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide a full range of executive support to the Regional Vice President Asia Pacific (RVP). The Office of the RVP provides strategic leadership and oversight for the World Bank Group’s regional operations, partnerships and policy dialogue with client governments and development partners. The EA will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage the RVP’s agenda and communications, and provide high‑level administrative and logistical coordination to facilitate the RVP’s leadership and decision‑making functions.
