A corporate entity in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage corporate communications and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and relevant online content, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and supporting branding initiatives. Candidates must possess a degree in Marketing or Business and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong language skills and a proactive approach are crucial for success.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure corporate websites and social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) maintain up-to-date, relevant, and accurate content
Regularly collect market updates from Business, Country, and Marketing Heads and maintain a centralized database of activities
Perform regular reviews of all Business Unit and SKU materials to ensure content aligns with the corporate identity and brand image.
Work closely with PR/IR agency in draft non-financial press releases for SGX announcements
Managing corporate email for corporate queries
Develop and Manage Corporate Social Responsibility activities of the Group
Develop and maintain relationships with key media networks, including The Straits Times, Business Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Channel NewsAsia, Bloomberg, and The Edge
Update corporate presentation decks and materials and deliver presentations to corporate visitors
Prepare and publish the Group’s Annual and Sustainability Reports
Support the development and execution of corporate activities and initiatives to enhance and reinforce corporate identity
Degree holder in Marketing/Business/Management
With 3 years’ minimum related working experience
Strong language proficiency and outstanding people skills
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks without supervision
Works well with both leadership and colleagues, demonstrating strong teamwork skills
