We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join our Marketing & Communications team as Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager with the following job responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Uphold and enhance the organization’s corporate branding and identity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and communications agencies.
  • Organize media briefings, interviews, and events to ensure positive coverage.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and communications efforts at both local and group levels.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities for assigned business units.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer insights to stay competitive.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to meet KPIs.
  • Handle partnership and vendor management, and respond to public feedback channels.
  • Any other projects/initiatives/tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business (Marketing), Business, Mass Comms, or any related discipline with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications, public relations or marketing.
  • Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experienced with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Energetic, driven, adaptable, proactive and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
