Job description

Location: Queenstown

Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Strategic Planning
    • Support the alignment of inpatient operations with hospital-wide strategic goals
    • Help develop tactical roadmaps and performance benchmarks
    • Contribute to the transformation of care delivery through hospital redevelopment initiatives
  2. Inpatient Ward Operations
    • Oversee daily operations of assigned ward(s), including administrative functions and front desk services
    • Partner with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve system/process issues
    • Drive improvements in KPIs related to patient experience, efficiency, and resource utilization
    • Monitor patient satisfaction ratings and implement enhancement strategies
    • Collaborate on ward infrastructure projects, ensuring planning, execution, and compliance with hospital standards
    • Support annual planning cycles: budgeting, manpower, and training
    • Participate in and implement improvement initiatives (e.g., NUHS Way, IT/Quality projects)
    • Handle and resolve patient feedback and service recovery
    • Review and update policies, SOPs, and workflows
  3. General Duties
    • Provide secretariat or administrative support to relevant hospital committees
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in any discipline
  • Min 2 years of working experience, preferably in the service or healthcare industry
  • Have prior knowledge of hospital operations is advantageous
