Job Summary

The Compliance Executive supports the resort-wide (non-gaming) compliance function by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Resort Compliance Framework. The role involves conducting reviews, assisting in investigations, supporting policy implementation, and liaising with regulatory authorities and senior management to uphold a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day compliance activities to ensure adherence to resort-wide (non-gaming) regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in investigations of alleged violations of regulations, internal policies, and code of conduct.
  • Support the implementation of compliance frameworks and guidelines across business units.
  • Conduct regular reviews and checks to identify potential compliance gaps and elevate findings as needed.
  • Provide senior management liaison to the regulatory authorities for resort-wide compliance (non-gaming) matters and investigations.
  • Support initiatives to RWS management on resort-wide compliance (non-gaming) direction.
  • Prepare resort-wide compliance (non-gaming) plans and policies of RWS to steer the execution of the RWS resort-wide compliance (non-gaming) framework.
  • Annual review of policies and frameworks (i.e. Resort Compliance Policy / Framework).
  • Involve and report on internal resort-wide investigations on:
    • Contravention by employees and/or business units of legislative requirements; and/or
    • Breaches by employees of the RWS' code of conduct.
Qualifications
