Conduct research and provide recommendations on cutting-edge technologies to enhance nursing administration processes, improving overall efficiency and patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Actively participate in and support departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives, functions, and events. Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned or appointed by leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
