What The Role Is

You support all logistics and administration matters, ensuring seamless operational support across multiple locations, enabling our teams to focus on their core work.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Implement logistics policies and processes to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure support
  • Maintain proper records, accounting, and management of fixed assets and office equipment
  • Coordinate human resource administrative functions
  • Conduct annual stock-take exercises and inventory management across multiple locations
  • Manage welfare provisions and support services for personnel
Challenge(s)
  • Managing comprehensive logistics and administration support across multiple offices
  • Coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in dealing with administration and logistics matters
  • Strong working knowledge of systems and applications, coupled with good understanding of administration and logistics systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders
