Job summary

A recruitment services company located in Singapore is seeking an individual to oversee the administration of Student Community Engagement programmes. Responsibilities include managing project applications and reports, handling purchasing matters for clubs, and providing operational support for related events. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, with 1-2 years' experience in project administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The initial contract is for one year.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in programme or project administration is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of Student Community Engagement programmes and projects.
  • Handle clubs’ and hall councils’ purchasing matters.
  • Maintain Student Community Engagement databases and prepare reports.
  • Assist in the development of ARE publicity materials.
  • Coordinate facilities booking requests.
  • Provide administrative support for ARE activities.

Job Summary
  • Basic Salary: $3200 - $3500
  • Location: NTU
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday (8.30am to 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.15pm)
  • 1 Year Contract
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of Student Community Engagement (ARE) programmes and projects, including project applications, claims processing, reimbursements, and reporting.
  • Handle clubs’ and hall councils’ purchasing matters, asset procurement, and asset tracking.
  • Maintain Student Community Engagement databases and prepare both management and operational reports.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of ARE publicity materials, including the maintenance of publicity platforms and portals.
  • Coordinate and manage facilities booking requests.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ARE activities, including meeting coordination, minutes taking, and on-site support for SAO events and related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in programme or project administration (e.g. budget processing, funding claims/reimbursements, and reporting) is an added advantage.
  • \ient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and highly meticulous.
  • Proactive, able to plan ahead, anticipate needs, and take ownership of tasks while making suitable recommendations.
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
