A leading educational enrichment provider in Singapore seeks a Marketing Executive to drive brand presence through targeted marketing campaigns and manage digital efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, strong communication skills, and a diploma or degree in a related field. Responsibilities include developing engaging marketing materials and executing parent engagement initiatives. A passion for children’s education is key to this role along with creativity and organization.
As the sole Marketing Executive for enrichment, you will :
Build Learning Horizon’s brand presence through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Drive end-to-end campaign planning, including creative direction, content development, messaging, and performance optimisation.
Develophigh quality andengaging marketing materials (flyers, brochures, EDMs, videos, social media content).
Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, website updates, email marketing).
Conceptualiseand executeparent engagement initiatives such as testimonials, workshops, and success stories.
Drive sales outcomes by generating quality leads, influencing parent sign-ups, and supporting centre-level enrolment performance.
Take ownership of sales KPIs tied to lead generation, campaign conversions, and programme uptake.
Conduct outreach campaigns (digital, roadshows, parent events) to generate interest and enquiries.
Work closely with Operations team toidentifyopportunities to boost centre-level sign-ups.
Coordinate with centre leaders, trainers, and vendors to gather content andpromoteprogramme highlights.
Propose targeted marketing strategies for under-performing centres / programmes to improve enrolment.
Conduct competitor scans and track enrichment / early childhood market trends.
Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and prepare marketing reports.
Assistin managing marketing budgets and raising POs as needed.
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, enrichment, or early childhood sectors.
Strong communicationand writing skills, with a flair for content creation.
Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, Canva / Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, website CMS).
Basic knowledge of performance marketing (SEO / SEM / Meta Ads / Google Ads) is a plus.
Creative, organised, and able to handle multiple projects.
Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for children’s education and enrichment programmes.
