We're looking for a Senior Event Executive who is a creative thinker, enjoys event adrenaline and eager to grow through challenges to join our Creative Events Team.

Job scope

• Provide support for sales team to brainstorm, conceptualise and develop creative and polished proposals for pitching
• Plan, manage and execute projects according to timeline and workflow ensuring quality standards are met
• Control budget in the most efficient manner through sourcing, curating, negotiating and relationship maintaining with suppliers
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
• Lead, manage and coordinate projects effectively with external stakeholders end‑to‑end including setup and teardown
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide impactful ideas in our offerings

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in events industry preferred
• Creative, resourceful and energetic; with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• A dedicated proactive team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and enjoys growth through challenges
• Able to think on one’s feet and agility to respond quickly under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
