We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) to join our Building Services team in Singapore and become part of a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across the Asia Pacific. Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects
• Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
• Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
• In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub‑consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job
• Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably recognised by Singapore PEB
• At least 5 years experiences in consulting firm
• Leading roles experience in ventilation & air‑conditioning (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage) design & design management of commercial, healthcare or school projects.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
