Senior Engineer

Asia Pacific Region – Singapore – Singapore Subsidiary

Responsibility

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers and to be on standby with 24 / 7 on-call emergency response and availability
• Maintaining MEP infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors.
• Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
• Manage and plan for annual shutdown
• Prepare monthly reports e.g. energy report, asset report
• Manage contractors and projects.
• Manage client enquiries and requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
• Operational experience with critical facility equipment / system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, CRAH and Fire System.
• Work independently with minimum of supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
