Qualifications

• At least 10 years of private equity / investment banking experience.
• Proven track record in making deals.
• Experience in Advanced Technology/Materials, Telecommunication, etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business/deal opportunities in the Southeast Asia market.
• Lead transaction execution including due diligence and financial modelling.
• Manage client relationships in Southeast Asia.

Education
