  • 5+ years in leadership capacity.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ in customer success or similar.
  • Travel requirement up to 30% within the Area.
  • History of building relationships with regional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage GCS execution metrics and targets quarterly.
  • Collaborate with Sales to improve post-sales experience.
  • Serve as primary business owner for GCS in Area.
  • Build high-performance GCS team at Area level.
  • Externally represent Palo Alto Networks at events.
