Role:

• Act as the design authority for a leading video streaming service, shaping and maintaining brand ethos with a relentless eye for craft at every touchpoint.
• Conceptualise and deliver social, digital, and platform-native campaigns from idea to execution.
• Create and produce dynamic content across static, video, motion, animation, and GenAI-powered formats.
• Define and evolve a Digital Playbook, establishing look & feel, design principles, and a scalable visual identity system adopted across multiple APAC markets.
• Champion the user mindset (creators, viewers, fans), grounding design decisions in user behaviour and insights.
• Confidently sell in design thinking and creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, and cross-functional partners, while owning projects as a high-performing individual contributor.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a creative studio, agency, or in‑house environment, with a strong focus on branding and graphic design.
• Deep curiosity about creative technology, with a strong interest in AI and emerging tools.
• Proven experience leading original work and localisation projects, ideally across regional or APAC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of pop culture, fandoms, and diverse communities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
