Job summary

A leading insurance technology firm is looking for a Senior Network Engineer who is CCIE-certified to support its Singapore Data Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for network design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting, ensuring high availability and secure operations. Candidates should have 8–12 years of enterprise networking experience, with strong expertise in routing, switching, and data centre technologies. This role is on-site and involves collaboration with various technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in enterprise networking.
• At least 3–5 years in data centre operations or architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data centre network solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the data centre network.
• Implement network security best practices.

Skills

CCIE (Routing & Switching / Enterprise Infrastructure / Data Center)

Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS

Switching: VLANs, STP, VPC, FabricPath, vPC, LACP

Load balancers: F5 / Citrix Netscaler

Firewalls: Palo Alto / Cisco Firepower / Fortinet

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

CCIE-certified (active or suspended within 2 years)
