Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative to manage the full spectrum of customer order handling activities, from inquiry to order closure, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will also be responsible for managing customer-related Precious Metal (PM) transactions and ensuring accurate and timely updates to customer pool accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers enquiries
  • Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management
  • Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products
  • Process Sales order to factory based on Customer’s demand, update into SAP & NCC system, maintain customer order reports and follow up closely with production and customer on the order status.
  • Co-ordinate with sales, quality manager & production control planner to meet customer requested deadline and highlight any potential misses and follow up with planner on recovery plan.
  • Process PM transaction for order and shipment in the SAP & NCC system. Verify and send pool account statement to customer on monthly basis.
  • Process RMA for all type of returns for customers
  • Monitor target expiry after shipped based on contract term
  • Implementing and maintaining Company’s Integrated Management Systems, Manual and Procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & IATF 16949), ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the IMS System;
Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing Management or any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP (SAP) & NCC system is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Communicate well with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest with the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
