A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage customer order handling from inquiry to order closure. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration or Marketing Management, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP, and fluency in Mandarin are required for effective communication with stakeholders. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative to manage the full spectrum of customer order handling activities, from inquiry to order closure, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will also be responsible for managing customer-related Precious Metal (PM) transactions and ensuring accurate and timely updates to customer pool accounts.
