A global aerospace company in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Customer Service Executive to ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries and orders. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, effective communication skills, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer service or aviation operations. The Senior/Customer Service Executive will ensure that customers’ inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and that parts orders are processed and delivered promptly with proper procedures and supporting documents. As this is a front office role, they should also possess a strong focus in excellent customer service. The position holder should also have a strong flair in dealing and resolving customers’ issues promptly.
