Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in capital markets and/or corporate trust.
• Minimum 8 years in legal with solid drafting skills.
• At least 5 years in default/liability management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead new transactions across all Corporate Trust products.
• Manage a portfolio of defaulted and distressed deals.
• Coordinate bondholder meetings and legal compliance matters.
• Provide guidance to team members on documentation.
